Order Cancellations, Order Changes, and Refund Policy
Cancellations: Clients may cancel their order with more than 30 days advance notice from the fulfillment date for a full refund in the original form of payment. If the order is cancelled within 29 and 15 days from the fulfillment date, a 50% refund will be issued in the original form of payment. If the order is cancelled within 14 and 0 days from the fulfillment date, no refund will be issued.
Pickup Time Changes: Should there be any changes, clients can change their pickup time by letting us know ahead of time ASAP. We will let you know if the change will work with our schedule or not as we may have other pickups/deliveries to facilitate.
Date Changes: In the event that the client needs to postpone the pickup date to a later date, the client must let us know at least 10 days before their original scheduled pickup date. Clients can not change their pickup date to an earlier date under any circumstances. If a client needs to postpone their pickup date within 10 days of their original scheduled pickup date, the client then forfeits the original order (no refund will be issued) and has to re-order for their new desired pickup date. The client can then choose to pickup their cake or not at the original pickup date.
Design Changes: Clients may change their design with more than 10 days advance notice from the fulfillment date. Changes are subject to an additional charge or refund, depending on the change requested. Design changes will no longer be accepted within 9 days from the fulfillment date.
Flavor/Quantity Changes: Clients may change the flavor and quantity of their order with more than 20 days advance notice from the fulfillment date. Changes in quantity are subject to an additional charge or refund, depending on the quantity change requested. Flavor and quantity of cake changes will not be accepted within 19 days from the fulfillment date.
If Sincerely Meraki can’t fulfill the client’s order: In the unlikely event that Sincerely Meraki can not fulfill our client’s order/our books are full, clients will be notified ASAP to see if re-scheduling is an option. If not, a full refund will be issued back in the original form of payment.
Cake Consultation: If Sincerely Meraki is not able to fulfill the client’s request upon the initial review of the consultation form submitted with a “Cake Consultation” purchase, we will notify the client via the email he/she has provided us with and issue back a full refund in the original form of payment. Besides that, a cake consultation is non-refundable and the order cannot be cancelled.
S,M Gift Card: Purchase of an S,M Gift Card is non-refundable.
